Stylish Winter Wedding Ideas... Muskoka Inspired Flowers And Decor! {Toronto Muskoka Wedding Decor}

Now I know spring is just around the corner and its fair to say that the Canadian winter is not the most comfortable time to plan a Winter Wedding Stlye shoot but what better time to inspire brides with winter inspired decor and flowers! As the snow fell, on a farm just north of Toronto, the design team at Rachel A. Clingen created this fabulous winter wedding style shoot.  The very talented and sweet Dee from Purple Martini Photography embraced our ideas (and the cold) and captured the essence of winter with these incredible images. The beauty of birch logs catch your eye in the plexi glass stands, hinting a Muskoka feel.  The warmth of cotton is a winter tradition so we decided to reflect this in the flowers and decor. The brides bouquet had soft cotton ball accents with white peonies, stock, and ranunculus flowers, finished with a band of silver birch bark. Whimsical cotton branch centrepieces alongside white mum flowers,  gave warmth to the chic plexiglass head table . Crystal snowflake accents and chrome lanterns all add to the icy look decor. Special thanks to our models Caleb and the very beautiful Hailey.  Paper Damsels did a fabulous job on coordinating stationary and totally captured my vision. Thank you also to Noah Brown for the brides dress and birdcage veil.   A very special thank you to our crew who laboured tirelessly in the bitter cold and Jessy my right hand manager and friend for supporting another one of my 'big' ideas and for braving the elements for six freezing hours. If you are a bride from Toronto but enjoy the beauty of Muskoka, hopefully our ideas will inspire brides planning a winter wedding to think outside the box when it come to flowers and decor.
