Jen and Wes chose the beautiful Bond Head Golf Club just north of Toronto to host their winter wedding. Rachel A. Clingen Wedding and Event Design created a warm, intimate yet sophisticated setting with pink amaryllis flowers and birch limbs. Large cylinder vases lined the petal strew aisle while white draping was the backdrop for both the ceremony and reception.
Congrats Wes and Jen. Thanks Jen for appreciating great flowers and great decor, and for loving 'pink' as much as we do!

Homes In Toronto And Caledon Get Ready For The Holidays... With A Little Help From Rachel A. Clingen

As the Christmas season nears, many people long for that warm cozy holiday glow when they arrive home from a busy day at work. To some, putting up the Christmas tree is more stressful then it is worth.. I mean, just the thought of untangling the huge ball of lights from last year is enough to make some skip the the whole christmas decor and tree tradition! Others struggle to find enough time to take out and dust off the twenty year old centrepiece. Somehow though, it always seems to make its way to the dining room table in a last ditch effort to create some Christmas cheer. Still others enjoy listening to carols as they decorate the staircase but long for that designed or store front look. Rachel A. Clingen Seasonal Design in both Toronto and Caledon assists in the many decorating dilemas that people find themselves in this time of year. The studio just north of Bolton, offers custom and ready made seasonal centrepieces, garlands, wreaths and home accents. In addition we also offer seasonal home design, consultation and installations. The studio also boasts a comprehensive portfolio of holiday decor and floral for Christmas parties and private dinners. To book you consultation call us at 905 763 7700 or visit our studio in Caledon.

Caledon Seasonal And Christmas Decor.. Kidzz Store Gets A New Look!

Rachel A. Clingen had the fun and exciting opportunity to give the Kidzz store in Bolton a new look with some fresh funky decor just in time for the Christmas and the holiday season. Parissa, the owner of the store consulted with Rachel to give the store a new boutique feel. The draping team at Rachel A. Clingen did a fabulous job lining the entire store with fabric. Kidzz specializes in brand name kids clothing and so the decor elements had to be whimsical and fun. Nothing to traditional. So when it came to doing the Christmas displays, purple and silver balls were the core items for the window decor. Winter white branches, glittery snowflakes, silver and purple balls and even some feathers were used for the store front display. A matching wreath finish the decor and welcome Caledon shoppers as they enter the chic little shop.

Toronto Wedding Flowers And Decor At Mississauga Convention Centre.. Congrats Mel And Mike!

The flowers and decor for Mike and Melanie's wedding at Mississauga Convention Centre were inspired from the amazing invitations that the bride herself designed. Melanie and her sister are the owners of Paper Damsels, a custom invitation company and their work is outstanding! The whole wedding was a reflection of Mike and Melanies personalities. The wedding flowers and decor were funky and fun! Black and white damask was the theme, with green floral and feather accents. I just had to get a few pictures of the wedding up but really looking forward to getting the professional ones from the couple! Although we had some reservations about being filmed while working, we had a stellar time working with the crew from Rich Bride Poor Bride. Watch for this wedding next spring on the popular wedding tv show. A very special thankyou to one of our amazing crews for all your hard work and to Jessy for her incredible draping talent! Lastly Kudos to Mike and Mel for 'stepping outside the box'! It is always exciting to work with a bride who is willing to be a little 'risky' with her wedding decor and flowers.

Rachel A. Clingen, Horse Farm Wedding In Caledon...

Yes I will have to admit that when Liz came to us about planning the flowers and decor for her wedding on her horse farm in Caledon, I got just a little excited. Not to sure how many times David and I have driven past this unbelievable property just to look at the amazing barn! Liz and I share a love for horses so it was with great excitement that we began to plan for her special day. The wedding ceremony was held on the veranda of the home overlooking the many perfectly groomed paddocks that surround the property. It was breathtaking! The wedding flowers and decor were created from a collection of photos that the bride had collected. Soft and natural greens, branches and a touch of purple. Thank you Liz and David for allowing us to be a part of your special day! Congrats!
