Planning a wedding in Muskoka? Rachel A. Clingen Wedding and Event Design knows a thing or two about decorating and planning weddings in beautiful Muskoka. In July 2010 the company was able to help with the wedding planning of Darren and Shannon when they designed a beautiful wedding in Gravenhurst. Thank you to Samantha Erin Photography for fab images! This was a unique weddding in that the ceremony took place on the old time steam ship called the Segwun. Guests enjoyed the beautiful Muskoka waters and scenery as Shannon and Todd exchanged their vows. When the ship returned, it was fitting that the reception was held at the trendy Muskoka hot spot the 'Regatta'. The Regatta sits along the waters edge in the touristy down town area of Gravenhurst. Wedding planner, Rachel Clingen the owner of the wedding and design company says that many families from the city grew up frequenting their cottages in the Muskoka region and find it fitting to host a wedding in the region. Rachel A. Clingen has helped with the planning and decor of many Muskoka weddings and transformed many venues in the Muskoka region such as, Taboo Resort, Deerhurst, Bayview Wildwood Resort, Windermere House, Grandview, Rocky Crest. Her company specializes in Muskoka wedding planning and decor including wedding flowers, chair covers and linen rentals, backdrops and wedding planning.
